To enhance the racy freshness of the California-sourced Sauvignon Blanc grape, Bandit uses stainless steel tanks to cold-ferment this wine at 55 degrees Fahrenheit to retain the fruity aromas and doesn't undergo a second malolactic fermentation to ensure crisp acidity. Bandit California white wine comes in a lightweight, environmentally friendly, portable container with a twist-to-open cap, so there's no need to worry about a corkscrew.
