Easy-to-use, effective pain relief. 1. Simple connect the lead wires to the electrode pads and the Tens unit. Using the included electrode placement guide, apply the electrodes to the treatment area. 2. Press the power on button to turn on the unit. Press PE to select one of six preset programs for different body areas. Press the ? and ? buttons to control the level of intensity. Use for 30 minutes.
