Crafted in the traditional Champagne method ('Methode Champenois'), this Brut Rosé sparkling wine sues grapes from select vineyard sites in Washington State's Columbia Valley AVA. Blended with Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the final bottled fermentation process balances the delicate, natural high fruit acids and viscosity, giving the Brut Rosé sparkling wine its unique style and the bubbles we all adore. Aromas of ripe strawberry with hints of apple and citrus. The initial impression is lively yet dry with subtle spice and berry flavors followed by an elegant, delicately sweet finish. This delightful bubbly by Domaine Ste. Michelle is wonderful simply on its own, or match with fried chicken and waffles, ahi tuna steak, or spicy jalapeno and artichoke dip.
